This institute seeks to be a tool to fulfill the vision and mission of Faith Fellowship-Aurora. FLDI focuses on three levels of thrusts of development among its members:

• Level 1 - Developing Effective Ministries
   Goal: Spiritual and character formation in the life of the Christian.

• Level 2 - Developing Effective Leader of Leaders
   Goal: Continuous spiritual and character development of the ministry leaders.

FLDI desires to not only assist Christians in their walk but also enable them to realize their fullest potential in their life and their respective roles in building up the Kingdom of God.

Training Courses

• Membership Classes

   This tackles the importance of church membership, the uniqueness of Faith Fellowship as a church including its vision, goals
   and policies.
 

History of FFA
Provides an overview of the history of FECPI and FFA.

Basic Christian Teachings
This course focuses on the elementary doctrines necessary for spiritual growth (e.g. faith, repentance, sin, baptism, etc.)

Church Discipline
This course is aimed at providing students with a deeper understanding of the vital importance of Church Discipline based on
God's Word.
• Level 1 - Developing Effective Ministers
 

Biblical Ministry
This course prepares members for effective involvement in various ministry settings.

Cell Leadership
A course for equipping members on how to lead cell groups and how to nurture members.

Basic Counseling
To learn the basic skills in helping distressed individuals through counseling methods and techniques.

Basic Teaching
For learning the basic skills in teaching God's Word to various age groups.

Basic Bible Interpretation
An elective that equips Christians how to properly read, interpret and apply Scriptures in their life.
